    HOW TO REQUEST A MAINTENANCE CALL

    • Ensure the damaged area falls within the guidelines of your Peugeot Protect Plan.
    • With your documents on hand, contact Streamline our repair arm, on 0861 787 123.
    • Log your call and report your areas of concern before any maintenance work commences.
    • You may be requested to send photos regarding your required maintenance.
    • Once Streamline has processed your maintenance request, you will receive a SMS notification confirming the repair.
    • On approval, Streamline will make contact to arrange a convenient date and place for the maintenance to take place.
    • 24 hours prior to the maintenance being done, you will receive a confirmation SMS or telephone call. Should the repair date no longer be convenient for you, it is your responsibility to reschedule.

    If a Mobile Unit is accessible in your area, we will attend to your vehicle at a location of your choice. If a Mobile Unit is not accessible to you, we will attend to your vehicle at one of our nationwide body maintenance shops.
